I had booked an appointment at 1030am and as a meeting I had cancelled I popped in on the off chance at 9am , Mr Gorman was very accommodating and swiftly shifted what he was doing around to fit me in , within 5 mins I was dealt with , all documents signed and was on my way. I had a reply the same day and was able to send docs and information/ completing forms etc by Sunday so that on Monday afternoon my loan had been approved.
